As the former CEO of the largest Swiss real estate portal homegate.ch, Heinz M. Schwyter is an expert in digitization processes, PropTechs and start-ups in general. 
Today he advises companies and organizations from the real estate and healthcare sectors (Spitex) on their way to the digital future. He also supports PropTechs in their development and writes the blog proptechnews.ch. 
He also runs the spitex-drehscheibe.ch platform with friends and a school in India with almost 200 students. 
He has trained as a Lego® Serious Play® facilitator and is also on the municipal council of his home town of Turbenthal.

Ferdinand Hirsig

Ferdinand Hirsig took on various specialist and managerial positions in retail companies at home and abroad at an early stage. Across Switzerland, his name is closely associated with the Volg Group, of which he was Managing Director for almost 20 years. 
For many years he was also a member of the executive board of Fenaco, where he developed the group's most important retailers – Volg, Landi and TopShop – into important players in Switzerland. 
Today, Ferdinand Hirsig holds numerous board of directors mandates in the food and retail sectors, as well as in the social sector (Caritas markets, “Intakt” association).

As a member of the Management Board of various banks, Guy Lachappelle was responsible for sales, risk and logistics areas before heading the Basler Kantonalbank as CEO for 5 years. He has also served on the board of directors and foundation board as well as a board member of organizations in the finance, medtech, real estate and healthcare sectors. 
With his wife, he has been running two retirement homes in Germany as an entrepreneur for many years and is involved in start-ups and various projects for the training and further education of executives and board members. Another matter close to my heart is the presidency of a professional symphony orchestra in Basel.

For many years, Peter Waser was head of Switzerland and head of Microsoft for Europe. Under his leadership, the US company became the market leader in this country. He then took on the CEO role at Starmind, a Zurich AI-based start-up, where he is still a non-executive board member. 
He is also active as an advisor or board member in various organizations, such as the Aero Club Zurich, a school in India, and the Bern University of Applied Sciences, where he is also a guest lecturer.
Before joining Microsoft, he was a manager at companies such as IBM and Swisscom for around 20 years.

As the founder of PWP management consultancy, Peter Wyss is still active and has been supporting & coaching young companies and founders in this role since 1985. 

Equally important were his duties as CEO / managing director at Venture Capital Finance AG, which deals with financing, company valuation and direct investments for Start Ups and SMEs employed.

Peter Wyss was also a team member at the start-up funding agency KTI.
