I've been involved with electronic archiving at Migros Bank for almost the whole 20 years and have been able to acquire quite a bit of specialist knowledge. Starting with simple scanning/archiving, connection of the signature verification system to the scan application, expansion of the capture application with scan profiles for the automatic identification of a document and the customer using OCR technology and different barcodes, workflow connections, introduction of decentralized scanning in the branches for order transmission to the head office in Zurich-Wallisellen, introduction of dossier scanning and digitization of the mortgage dossiers in the 6 regional headquarters, as well as digitization of the asset management dossiers centrally in the relevant specialist department.
