SEPAR is a Swiss startup developing modular connection systems for the reuse of concrete structures. The company operates at the intersection of construction, engineering, and material reuse, working with demolition firms (Orllati SA), research institutions (HES-SO, BFH, Empa), and public partners. Supported by national innovation programs (Innosuisse Innobosster & Innocheque), SEPAR is now expanding its core team to establish reuse supply chains and prepare for pilot implementations.

We are looking for an advanced team member with an experience in the construction industry to support us in Businnes model development and shifting from prototyping stage to pilot projects. The aim of SEPAR is to establish a new eco-oriented affordable precast system and candidate's experience in precast, demolition and construction procurements would be of benefit for the project.
