Assist the Head of Transfer Pricing and Divisional Tax Director with the year-end Transfer Pricing calculation, Management Recharges, calculation of Royalties & Patents, year-end Tax Provisions, and general year end tasks.

• Obtain advanced understanding of Switzerland’s local rules and regulations relating to the Swiss Stock Exchange, the related compliance and registration requirements (when RIG was listed on the SIX Stock Exchange)
• Obtained an understanding related to local reporting, conversion from US GAAP to Swiss GAAP, and assist in the preparation and review of all Swiss audited financial statements and tax returns
• Ensure compliance with Transocean's Sarbanes Oxley Internal Controls related to Financial Close, Treasury and Tax
• Assist the Treasury group in the analysis and management of excess group funds generating by the company's investments and operations
• Negotiate, review and approve all terms and conditions of loans to affiliate companies
• Review and approve recording of Transocean Ltd. Board of Directors quarterly retainer payments
• Provide support & analysis to Deloitte and PwC for all Swiss entities tax returns
• Prepare equity account roll-forward for all Swiss entities including for Transocean Ltd. - Form 170
• Prepare quarterly and annual Swiss National Bank surveys for all Swiss entities
• Assist in the administration of the Zug office including all areas to ensure smooth operation of the entire Zug office, and the hosting of the quarterly board meetings of Transocean Ltd.
• Assist Hungarian staff with questions/issues on the Hungary accounts and review of all Hungarian financial statements (including audited and unaudited) and associated tax returns

• Coordinated, developed, and led all aspects of Finance Department, and 16 cross-functional employees from Finance, IT, Marketing, Administrative Services, and Customer Service including contracts and pricing
• Business Partner to Sales and Marketing directors, Human Resources, and Country General Manager
• Oversaw all outsourced logistics and technical services
• Served as member of Board of Directors, Host Manager for Covidien Switzerland Limited, and Vice Chairman of Mallinckrodt Ltd.
• Managed all local statutory and tax returns, internal control framework, SOX compliance, accounts receivable collections process, budgeting, forecasting, and property, legal, and insurance matters
• Provided various internal functions with strategic and tactical consultations with regard to administrative and financial matters
