Zwischen 1982 und 1994 war ich vor allem Mutter von 4 Kindern und Hausfrau. Daneben erfüllte ich immer wieder ehrenamtliche Tätigkeiten. Im Januar 1991 begann mein langsamer Wiedereinstieg in das Berufsleben mit dem Kurs: "Neuanfang im Beruf" der Frauenzentrale Basel.
Meine herausstechendsten Erfahrungen im Berufsleben waren einerseits die Teamleitung des Biopsiesekretariates am Institut für Pathologie des Universitätsspitales Basel (Arztsekretärin) und andererseits meine langjährige Erfahrung als Anwalts- und Notariatssekretärin bei Simonius Pfrommer & Partner (seit 2004), tätig zuerst für zwei Anwälte und einen Notar, später dann noch für einen Anwalt (Dr. Heiner Schärrer, bis heute).

As medical reports and expert opinions also have to be studied and medical terminology has to be integrated into legal documents (objections, complaints, etc.), it is a great advantage that I also have training as a medical secretary. - Lively contact with clients, the courts and the various social and liability insurers.
