Consultant and partner to the business on Financial Internal Controls and Compliance Frameworks. Lead Trainer and Coordinator of Workshops and on-site training to the internal Financial Compliance Community. Coordination of Segregation of Duties reporting and monitoring activities using the application SAP/ GRC. Support of in-house reporting tools (e.g. Financial Controls Self- Assessments & testing DB), Statistical analysis of Financial Compliance Self-Assessments (NFCM) and Company Level Controls (CLC) Assessments in addition to Financial Risk Assessment compilation. Development / writing of guidelines on Self-Assessments and Testing. Advisor to the HR function on internal controls areas and outsourcing (third party collaborations). Additional support to the CIO in the Novartis Animal Health Division: Audit Readiness Assessment based on the Quality Management System ( QMS) with special focus on GXP applications and Information Governance and Management (IGM) Risk Register /Information Security.
