The Office concept Schaller AG and Waldis Printing Solutions AG have been providing innovative print management solutions for over 30 years. Our core services include hardware provision, service and process management for all aspects of document output and input.

To strengthen our service departments, we are looking for a reliable, flexible and team-oriented person with immediate effect or by arrangement as a Field service technician.

Your tasks

• Technical support for our products at the customer's premises, remotely or by telephone

• Installation, network integration and instruction of multifunctional systems, scanners and software solutions (e.g. PaperCut, Printfleet)

• Carrying out fault analyses and repairs (hardware, software and network)

• Direct customer contact as a link between service and user

your profile

• Training as an IT technician or basic technical training (mechanics/electronics) with IT experience in the field of printing

• Experience in field service or as a system technician an advantage

• Ideally certified for devices from Canon, Konica Minolta, Lexmark or Kyocera

• Experience with print management software (installation and maintenance)

• Independent, reliable and flexible way of working

• Driving license cat. B
