All employers can use our AI search assistant for free to find suitable candidates. However, a small fee is charged for posting job ads and communicating with candidates.

Seniors@work offers a tool to find suitable candidates.

Contract and billing are fundamentally the responsibility of the parties. seniors@work is not involved in the interview process.

If desired, seniors@work will handle the payroll for you! Reduce costs and effort for hiring senior talents. For a low payroll fee of only 3% of the gross salary, we take care of the entire salary and insurance administration for you.

People who have reached the normal retirement age and continue to work only continue to pay contributions to AHV, IV and EO above a certain amount, but not to unemployment insurance (ALV). Further information here

You do not have to pay social security contributions for smaller jobs. However, if you hire a senior citizen for a longer period of time or on a recurring basis, you may have to pay social security contributions. Here you can find more information on the AHV allowance for retirees.
