connecting generations

Alexis Weil came up with the idea when his father retired although he still felt fit and young and would have liked to have continued to be active in the labor market. While many young retirees would like to continue working, companies are increasingly faced with the challenge of finding skilled workers for their vacancies. Recognizing the immense potential of the older generation for the job market, Alexis founded seniors@work in 2019 to connect 50plus & retired professionals with companies, thus solving two problems at once.
