The central services for our customers include the provision of hardware as well as service and process management for all aspects of document input and output. To support our service departments, we are looking for you, a reliable, flexible and team-oriented person, to start immediately or by arrangement as a Field Service Technician for Printing Solutions (80-100%) Your tasks: In your role as a service technician, you are the link between our customers and us.

• Optimal technical support for our customers' products through excellent support
• Network integration, installation and instruction of multifunctional printers, scanners, software solutions such as PaperCut, Printfleet etc.
• Carrying out fault analyses and repairs. This includes hardware, software and in the network area. We do this at our customers' premises, remotely or by telephone

What you bring with you:

• Apprenticeship as an IT technician or basic mechanical/electronic training with experience in IT and printing
• Experience as a system technician in the field is an advantage
• Ideally certified for the repair of Canon, Konica Minolta, Lexmark or Kyocera devices
• Experience with print management software solutions (installation and maintenance)
• Flexible, reliable and independent way of working
• Driving license Cat. B
