YOUR MISSION Support & advice: You actively accompany and support intermediaries and brokers in achieving their sales targets in the life sector New customer acquisition: You identify and acquire new business partners (e.g. intermediaries, brokers, banks) Sales support: You work closely with the Sales Managers and accompany them in discussions with intermediaries and brokers Customer care: You promote professional advice to end customers from our sales partners Sales campaigns: You plan, analyze and implement targeted sales measures in the life sector Network maintenance: you represent our company and further expand our network of relationships in German-speaking Switzerland Your skills Organizational talent: your structured and analytical way of thinking enables efficient time and priority management Strong communication skills: you are convincing with assertiveness and flexibility in dealing with various stakeholders Digital skills: confident with IT and office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Winning personality: you are an ideal contact person for our sales partners Language skills: German at native speaker level and very good knowledge of French (C1) Function: Relationship Manager N06 Why should you join our team? Your experience & education Professional experience: At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, especially in the area of pensions Specialist knowledge: Sound expertise in after sales, marketing, customer advice and sales Education: Completed basic training; further training in the life sector (e.g. financial planner with federal FA) is an advantage Certifications: VBV certificate and CICERO registration are desirable Have we piqued your interest?
