The Algra tec AG is an established company with around 50 employees, 25 of whom work in production. We develop and manufacture customer-specific input systems, signs, fronts and housings. We are looking for an experienced person to accompany an internal career move as:

Coach for production management

Your commitment:
2-3 days per month, temporary or on a contract basis, starting in August 2025.

Your task:
You will accompany our long-standing employee in his transition from department manager to production manager. As a coach and mentor, you will support and challenge him so that he can successfully establish himself in his new management role.

Your profile:
You have broad and sound experience in the following areas:

Production management (incl. leadership and organization)
SAP PP & MM (ideally SAP R/3 in an SME environment)
Lean production, Industry 4.0, automation and robotics
Employee development and leadership skills
Quality management

What we expect:

Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
Goal-oriented, motivating appearance
High social competence and ability to integrate
