Mailroom Operator (m/f/d) - temporary assignment approx. 7 weeks per year

Your tasks:

• Processing of incoming correspondence: Receipt, recording and correct distribution of mail according to customer-specific specifications.
• Digital recording: Scanning and recording of forms, receipts and responses in accordance with the input guidelines of the customer application.
• Service-oriented communication: Independent processing of simple customer inquiries, first-level support and forwarding of more complex requests to the team leader.
• Quality and SLA compliance: Timely processing in accordance with service level agreements, reporting of deviations and quantitative records to the team leader.
• Mailroom processes: Execution of tasks according to activity lists and PLC standard processes.
• Supervision of the coffee station: Replenishment of coffee, milk, sugar etc. according to the specifications at the Lugano site.

Your profile:

• Experience in mail processing, document management or in an operational office environment is an advantage
• Reliable, structured and independent way of working
• Good communication skills in Italian and ideally also in German or English
• Good IT skills (MS Office; ideally experience with scanning software or document management systems)
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility (assignments spread over approx. 7 weeks per year)
