Radisson blu Hotel - Night Receptionist Wanted

The Radisson blu Hotel is a lively 4* business hotel with 123 rooms and an adjoining casino in the city of St. Gallen.

To strengthen our reception team we are looking for you - a motivated, independent and trustworthy person who likes to work at night. Workload approx. 60%.

You make sure that our guests feel safe and comfortable during the night and that they want for nothing.

Entry is possible immediately or by appointment.

Your tasks

• Ensuring guest satisfaction during the night
• Safety inspection rounds
• Check-in and check-out of guests, providing information
• Providing services for guests
• Completing the end of the day
• Creating and distributing reports and statistics
• Compliance with Radisson blu standards

What you bring with you

• Ideally experience at a hotel reception
• Good knowledge of German and English - any other language is an advantage
• Honesty and unconditional reliability
• Friendliness and good manners
• Organizational and coordination skills
• Independence and personal responsibility
