Your tasks

• Preparation of dishes in which the special in the simple is noticeable for different groups of guests
• A loving and appreciative presentation of the dishes
• To do this, you order the relevant goods, accept them and check them in cooperation with the management
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP standards is just as important to you as it is to us
• We rely on your involvement in our restaurant/café operations so that we can continue to develop our services and avoid wasting time on inefficient processes
• We are such a small team that we are happy if you actively support us with other cleaning tasks in addition to your general cleaning and maintenance work in the kitchen
• Twice a week there is a school lunch table, which is looking forward to your meal

your profile

• You are a trained and passionate chef EFZ ideally with professional experience
• Your knowledge of German and your understanding of the dialect will enable you to converse easily with our guests
• You have a great deal of passion in the form of team spirit, commitment and innovation
• We can rely on you and you are well organized and have a knack for administrative work, which you like to do digitally wherever possible
• Our mission statement and our Christian faith resonate with you
• It would be great if you are mobile (driving license cat. B)
• And last but not least, you have a big heart for a small Christian hotel with all its challenges
