The Schwyz Adult Education Center is looking for a dedicated member of staff for the next General Meeting in 2026. Member of the Executive Committee (f/m)which, together with the Executive Board team, promotes the strategic and content-related development of our institution. We are committed to Lifelong learning and Low-threshold educational offers for people of all ages and backgrounds. With around 30 events a year, a salaried employee and a motivated board of directors, we make an important contribution to the Educational and cultural life in our region.

Your tasks as the Executive Committee:

• Strategic management and further development of the adult education center
• Representation to the public, authorities, partners and sponsors
• Chairing the general meeting and board meetings (approx. 6 per year)
• Management and coordination of the clerk in the secretariat
• Acquisition and maintenance of sponsor and funding relationships

What we wish for:

You have experience from association work or other voluntary commitments. You are communicative, reliable and have Desire to take on long-term responsibility. Experience in the education sector is not essential - more important to us is your willingness, honorary to make a difference together.
