Your mission with us

• Leading a team of 3 employees in the area of "Product Management & Innovation"

• Responsibility for cross-departmental cooperation with internal departments, external partners and the management

• Overall responsibility for the Certas product portfolio - from strategic orientation to pricing and lifecycle management

• Development of innovative product strategies and concepts as well as implementation support from the initial idea to the successful market launch

• Establishment and maintenance of systematic innovation processes for the early identification of relevant market, customer and technology trends

• Planning and coordination of pilots and tests in collaboration with internal departments and external partners

• Management of complex, interdisciplinary projects for the further development of existing offers and the development of new markets and target groups

What you bring with you

• Tertiary-level degree in (business) informatics, engineering, product management or business administration

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in a technology or IT-related environment

• At least 3 years of management experience with a structured and cooperative management style

• Sound knowledge of innovation and product development processes and familiarity with methods such as Design Thinking or Lean Startup

• Strong technical understanding and confident navigation at the interface between business and IT

• Business fluent communication skills in German and French (C1-C2); knowledge of English is an advantage
