Your main tasks:

• Ensuring high-quality and efficient handling of HR processes such as onboarding, contract management, personnel administration, payroll, offboarding
• Analysis and optimization of internal HR processes to increase efficiency
• Advice and support for managers and employees in the areas mentioned above
• Writing and checking error-free correspondence in German
• Close cooperation with HR business partners
• Flawless processing of salary runs, withholding tax, social insurance and ELM reports
• Creation and maintenance of reports and statistics on HR key figures
• STV Head of HR Service Center

Our requirements:

• Completed commercial training with further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or comparable studies
• Several years of experience in an HR Service Center or comparable position
• Proven excellent skills in handling the HR Life Cycle
• Structured, independent way of working and high resilience
• Excellent communication skills, discretion and service orientation
• Very good knowledge of labor law, HR systems and the MS Office suite
