Data protection is important to us and we only process your data in accordance with legal regulations. Personal data that we collect and process in order to make the online platform available

You can visit the online platform and learn about our products and services without telling us who you are. However, as with any connection to a web server, our web hosting provider's server automatically logs and temporarily stores certain technical data.

This data includes meta/communication data (namely the IP address and the operating system of your end device and the type of browser you use to access the online platform) and usage data (namely access times). Insofar as we process personal data, we do so based on our interest in making the online platform available to you, offering you the best possible user experience and ensuring the security and stability of the online platform.

 

Personal data that we collect and process to answer your inquiries

If you contact us via the contact form, via social networks, by e-mail or by telephone, or if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide to us.

This data includes inventory data (namely name and address), contact data (namely e-mail addresses and telephone numbers), content data (namely text input, photographs, videos), and if applicable contract data (namely services used, contract content, contractual communication between the CUSTOMERS and CLIENTS, names of contact persons).

We process this personal data based on our interest in answering your inquiry (including providing ordered services) and in contacting you if you have any questions or queries. Based on our interest in informing you about new developments at SENIORS GROUP and about our products and services, we will send you our newsletter if you are interested. You have the option to opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time.

 

Personal data that we collect and process to provide our contractual services

We collect and process the personal data of our contractual partners and interested parties, their customers and employees in order to provide them with our contractual or pre-contractual services. The data processed here, the type, scope and purpose and the necessity of their processing are determined by the underlying contractual relationship.

This data includes inventory data (namely names and addresses), contact data (namely e-mail addresses and telephone numbers), content data (namely text entries, photographs, videos), and contract data (namely services used, contract content, contractual communication, names of contact persons).

We only process personal data that is particularly worthy of protection if this is part of a commissioned or contractual processing.

When processing the personal data provided to us as part of an order, we act in accordance with the instructions of the client and the applicable legal requirements.

How we use social media

On the online platform, we offer sharing links for sharing content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Twitter and other providers. We have a legitimate interest in this.

Such links can be recognized on the online platform by the logo of the respective social network. All sharing links used are set up without scripts. To do this, we set a "coded" link to the respective social network, which specifies the page to be shared via parameters. In addition, no user data is passed on to the respective social network. Other third-party services that we use on the online platform

Within the online platform, based on our legitimate interests (ie interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of the online platform), we use content or service offers from third parties in order to integrate their content and services, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter collectively “Content”).

This always presupposes that the third-party providers of this content perceive the IP address of the user, since without the IP address they could not send the content to their browser. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content.

 

Google Maps

Based on our interest in providing you with information about our locations, we use the Google Maps map service on the online platform.

The use of the functions of Google Maps requires the storage of your IP address. This is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have no influence on this data transfer.

Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of the online platform and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the online platform.

Google reCAPTCHA

To recognize so-called bots when making entries in online forms, we use Google's "reCAPTCHA" function on the online platform. This function is used to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine scripts. We have a legitimate interest in this. With this query, the IP address and other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service (e.g. visited page, user behavior, browser data) are transmitted to Google. Sendinblue

We use Sendinblue (“Sendinblue"), a service of Sendinblue GmbH. We have a legitimate interest in this.

Based on our interest in delivering the newsletter to you, we collect your email address. When you register for the newsletter, we also save the date of your subscription and any unsubscription. The data stored during registration is transmitted to Sendinblue in encrypted form and stored by Sendinblue. Sendinblue also offers various analysis options regarding the use and opening of the newsletters sent (e.g. number of subscribers to whom the newsletter was sent; number of unsubscribes from the newsletter). However, these analyzes are only group-related and are not used by us for individual evaluation.

We would like to point out that Sendinblue can use Google Analytics and refer to the information provided on Google Analytics.

Support board

The online offering offers the option of using Support Board. This is live chat software. The chat is integrated as a plugin. By using the chat you automatically use the services of Support Board. The data collected includes: chat history, IP address at the time of the chat and country of origin. Use of ChatGPT
We use ChatGPT, an AI-based dialogue system, on our online platform to improve interaction with users and to enable quick answers to frequently asked questions. ChatGPT is powered by OpenAI and allows us to generate automated, yet personalized responses to user queries.

Personal data that we collect and process when using ChatGPT
When using ChatGPT, the following data can be collected and processed:

  • Text input that you enter into the chat interface
  • Technical data such as timestamp and type of request
  • Anonymized or pseudonymized identification data to improve the dialogue system

This data is used exclusively for the purpose of answering your inquiries and improving the quality and relevance of the answers generated by ChatGPT.
