Payroll & accounting

Decide for yourself: either you hire the candidates yourself or we take care of the billing

Did you know: Special regulations for AHV, ALV and BVG make hiring retirees particularly attractive

Persons who have reached the normal retirement age and continue to work do not pay ALV contributions, and only pay contributions to AHV, IV and EO above a certain amount.

Two other regulations make the employment of retirees particularly attractive for employers:

  • No BVG contributions (2nd pillar) for the employer and employees who have reached the normal retirement age (men: 65, women: 64).
  • AHV allowance of CHF 1,400 per month (CHF 16,800 per year) per employer, on which neither AHV, IV nor EO contributions have to be paid. Only earned income above this limit is subject to contributions.
