What you bring with you:

• A degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in real estate development - e.g. in an architectural office, with a project developer or general contractor
• Further training in business administration (e.g. CUREM, MAS Real Estate) an advantage
• Enthusiasm for creative real estate development and enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bring different stakeholders together in a goal-oriented manner
• Passion for high-quality architecture and the ability to harmonize design, economic and sustainable requirements
• A feel for current trends and developments in the industry (digitalization, new forms of living, sustainability)
• Sound knowledge of building and planning law and experience in dealing with authorities and investors
• Independent, structured way of working with a focus on quality and target achievement
• Fluent written and spoken German, other languages are a plus

Your activities:

• Holistic project responsibility from the initial idea to construction readiness (SIA phases 1-4) with a focus on schedule, cost and quality management
• Development of innovative utilization concepts including feasibility studies, profitability analyses and risk assessments
• Examination of legal framework conditions, particularly in building and planning law, to ensure project feasibility
• Integration of sustainable and future-oriented solutions such as energy efficiency, digitalization or flexible room concepts
• Ensuring architectural and economic requirements as well as plausibility checks and optimization of construction plans
• Planning and support of study commissions and competitions for the development of visionary real estate projects
• Budget monitoring and reporting to investors or management
• Support in the acquisition of land and existing properties, including analysis, valuation and negotiations with relevant stakeholders
• Technical support for marketing in close cooperation with the internal team
• Coaching and support for the development team and promotion of interdisciplinary exchange
