Our client is a regionally anchored real estate and trust company based in Regensdorf. The focus is on the management of rental properties and condominiums. To strengthen the accounting team, we are looking for an independent, structured and team-oriented person with sound experience in the accounting of condominiums as

Real estate accountant:in condominium (80-100%)

Your tasks

  • Independent accounting for assigned condominium owners' associations (Abacus/Abalmmo)
  • Bank reconciliations, posting of manual incoming and outgoing payments, execution of payment runs and liquidity monitoring
  • Period-end closing as per reporting date (30.06. / 31.07. / 30.09. / 31.10. / 31.12.)
  • Organization and support of audits, preparation of annual financial statements and budget documents
  • Management of the renewal fund, owner mutations and reminders
  • Preparation of capital statements and annual settlement of management fees
  • Implementation of various internal recharges
  • Deputy team leader for real estate accounting (approx. 2 days/week)

Your skills

  • Accounts payable and release of payments as part of liquidity planning
  • Responsibility for the dunning and debt collection process
  • Procuration (signature in twos)
  • Initial management experience an advantage

your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting, preferably in condominiums
  • Very good user knowledge of Abacus/Abalmmo or comparable accounting software
  • Independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, discretion and strong communication skills
