What you bring with you:

  • Several years of experience in real estate management
  • Federal certificate in real estate management
  • First management experience or the desire to develop into this role
  • Confident appearance, strong communication skills and organizational talent
  • High service orientation and pronounced quality awareness
  • IT affinity and experience with GREM and MS365
  • Very good written and spoken German (native speaker level)
  • Driving license cat. B

Your area of responsibility:

  • Responsibility for the timely re-letting of properties
  • Coordination of maintenance and renovations including quotations, loan applications and contact with tradesmen
  • Participation in the development and implementation of real estate strategies
  • Personnel and technical management of an administrator as well as full-time and part-time janitors
  • Personal and written communication with tenants, tradesmen, owners and authorities
  • Determination of market rents, budgeting, control of settlements
  • Processing insurance claims and legal concerns
  • Accompaniment of conversions and participation in construction meetings
  • Carrying out rent adjustments, reminders and terminations
  • Support with heating/utility bills and debt collection
