Data protection is important to us and we only process your data in accordance with the statutory provisions. In this privacy policy, we explain how we collect or otherwise process personal data. Personal data that we collect and process in order to provide the online platform

You can visit the online platform and find out about our products and services without telling us who you are. However, as with any connection to a web server, the server of our web hosting provider automatically logs certain technical data and stores it temporarily.

This data includes meta/communication data (namely the IP address and operating system of your end device and the type of browser you use to access the online platform) and usage data (namely access times). Insofar as we process personal data, we do so based on our interest in making the online platform available to you, offering you the best possible user experience and ensuring the security and stability of the online platform.

 

Personal data that we collect and process to respond to your inquiries

If you contact us via the contact form, via social networks, by e-mail or by telephone, or if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide to us.

This data includes inventory data (namely name and address), contact data (namely e-mail addresses and telephone numbers), content data (namely text entries, photographs, videos) and, where applicable, contract data (namely services used, contract content, contractual communication between the CLIENT and CUSTOMER, names of contact persons).

We process this personal data based on our interest in responding to your request (including providing the services ordered) and contacting you in the event of queries and for follow-up questions. Based on our interest in informing you about new developments at SENIORS GROUP and about our products and services, we will send you our newsletter if you are interested. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

 

Personal data that we collect and process for the provision of our contractual services

We collect and process the personal data of our contractual partners and interested parties, their customers and employees in order to provide them with our contractual or pre-contractual services. The data processed, the type, scope and purpose and the necessity of its processing are determined by the underlying contractual relationship.

This data includes inventory data (namely names and addresses), contact data (namely e-mail addresses and telephone numbers), content data (namely text entries, photographs, videos), and contract data (namely services used, contract content, contractual communication, names of contact persons).

We only process particularly sensitive personal data if this is part of commissioned or contractual processing.

When processing the personal data provided to us as part of an order, we act in accordance with the instructions of the client and the applicable legal requirements.

Data that we collect and process in order to analyze and improve the use of the online platform

We use the analytics services Google Analytics from Google LL.C. ("Google") and TrueConversionto evaluate the use of the online platform and to obtain information for the purpose of improving our services.

Google Analytics and TrueConversion use cookies to evaluate your use of the online platform, to compile reports on the activities of users on the online platform and to provide us with other services related to the use of the online platform. We have a legitimate interest in this. Google and TrueConversion only store the information collected via cookies in anonymized form and process it in aggregated form.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

How we use social media

We offer sharing links on the online platform for sharing content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Twitter and other providers. We have a legitimate interest in this.

Such links are recognizable on the online platform by the logo of the respective social network. All sharing links used are set up script-free. For this purpose, we set a "coded" link to the respective social network, which provides the page to be shared per parameter. Beyond this, no user data is passed on to the respective social network. The respective providers are responsible for the data protection-compliant operation of the social networks and their respective data protection declarations apply. We have neither influence nor access to cookies that social network providers set after clicking on the sharing link.

 

Data that we collect and process in order to address you specifically

We use advertising technologies from Google (currently Google AdWords and conversion measurement), Microsoft (currently BingAds), Meta and LinkedIn to target marketing measures relating to our products and services to potential customers when they use other websites. This serves our legitimate interest in promoting our products and services. Other third-party services that we use on the online platform

On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of the online platform), we use content or service offers from third-party providers within the online platform in order to integrate their content and services, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "content").

This always assumes that the third-party providers of this content are aware of the user's IP address, as they would not be able to send the content to the user's browser without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required to display this content.

 

Google Maps

Based on our interest in providing you with information about our locations, we use the map service Google Maps on the online platform.

The use of Google Maps functions requires the storage of your IP address. This is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have no influence on this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of the online platform and to make it easy to find the locations specified by us on the online platform.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google's "reCAPTCHA" function on the online platform to detect so-called bots when entries are made in online forms. This function is used to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine scripts. We have a legitimate interest in this. During this query, the IP address and other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service (e.g. page visited, user behavior, browser data) are transmitted to Google. However, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand. Only in In exceptional cases, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

YouTube

We bind on the online platform Videos from the "YouTube" platform from Google. We have a legitimate interest in this.

Sendinblue

We use Sendinblue to send our newsletter ("Sendinblue"), a service of the Sendinblue GmbH. We have a legitimate interest in this.

Based on our interest in being able to send you the newsletter, we collect your e-mail address. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we also store the date of your subscription and any unsubscription. The data stored during registration is transmitted to Sendinblue in encrypted form and stored by Sendinblue. Sendinblue also offers various analysis options regarding the use and opening of the newsletters sent (e.g. number of subscribers to whom the newsletter was sent; number of unsubscriptions from the newsletter). However, these analyses are only group-related and are not used by us for individual evaluation.

We would like to point out that Sendinblue may use Google Analytics and refer to the information provided on Google Analytics.

Support Board

The online service offers the option of using Support Board. This is a live chat software. The chat is integrated as a plugin. By using the chat, you automatically use the services of Support Board. The data collected includes: Chat history, IP address at the time of the chat and country of origin. This data is not passed on to third parties and is used exclusively for protection and internal statistics. The data is not used to identify you personally. They are not stored. It is deleted after the chat. Use of ChatGPT
We use ChatGPT, an AI-based dialog system, on our online platform to improve interaction with users and to enable quick answers to frequently asked questions. ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI and enables us to generate automated yet personalized responses to user queries.

Personal data that we collect and process when you use ChatGPT
When using ChatGPT, the following data may be collected and processed:

  • Text entries that you enter in the chat interface
  • Technical data such as timestamp and type of request
  • Anonymized or pseudonymized identification data to improve the dialog system

This data is used solely for the purpose of responding to your queries and improving the quality and relevance of the responses generated by ChatGPT. Personal data collected in the course of interaction with ChatGPT is subject to the same strict data protection guidelines and security measures as all other personal data processed on our platform.

Forwarding and storage of data
The data collected in dialog with ChatGPT will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so or disclosure is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the data processing. The data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.

Personal data that we collect and process as part of our online presence in social networks

We maintain online presences within social networks in order to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our products and services. We have a legitimate interest in this.

The respective providers are responsible for the data protection-compliant operation of the social networks and their respective data protection declarations apply.

Unless otherwise stated in our privacy policy, we process the personal data disclosed to us by customers, interested parties and users active on social networks for the purpose of communicating with them.

 

How we process and protect your personal data; how long we retain it

We collect and process your personal data responsibly, only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and other applicable laws.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and contractual availability of personal data. In particular, we implement access controls, access controls and procedures for regularly reviewing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the measures in accordance with our risk assessment.
