Do you need support with a project at short notice? Is there an absence in your company due to illness, accident or vacation? Do you need help with your annual tax return or is your child ill and you have to go to work?

On seniors@work you will find motivated retired professionals who can support you in various areas. To suit your budget.

Finding the right candidates couldn't be easier: you can search for suitable candidates yourself in our profile database and contact them directly. Or you can upload an advertisement and receive applications.

Our professional clients are typically SMEs, start-ups, associations and other smaller organizations looking for flexible, short-term support from (life-long) experienced professionals - usually on a part-time, hourly or project basis. 

We also offer private individuals competent support for tasks in project management, mentoring, consulting, finance, architecture as well as household, gardening or caring for children or senior citizens. 

seniors@work is suitable for anyone who can do without the lengthy, traditional application process, as candidates can be contacted directly and informally. 

Our retired candidates come from all industries and sectors. The focus is on finance/accounting, consulting, coaching/mentoring, ad interim management, marketing, architecture & construction, as well as trades and childcare.

Our members also include numerous high-caliber executives such as former CEOs, managing directors and board members. 

All clients can search the profile database free of charge. If you wish to upload an advertisement, a small fee will be charged.

If you wish, seniors@work can take care of the payrolling for you! Reduce the costs and effort involved in employing the retired candidate. For a low fee of just 3% of the gross salary, we will take care of the entire salary and insurance administration for you. Persons who have reached the normal retirement age and are still gainfully employed only continue to pay contributions to the AHV, IV and EO, but not to the unemployment insurance (ALV), once they have reached a certain exemption amount. BVG contributions are completely eliminated.

You do not have to pay social security contributions for smaller jobs. However, if you employ a senior citizen for a longer period of time or on a recurring basis, you may have to pay social security contributions.
