Success story quality management
Temporary Project Manager – retired specialists have the experience, expertise and are available at short notice
Irides AG operates a home for the blind in Basel. The managing director Georges Krieg had a short-term personnel gap in quality management. "We had an exit and urgently had to go through a recognition process for the canton," says Krieg. Without much hope, he placed an ad on seniors@work looking for someone to support him for four months.
Lo and behold: Peter Woodtli was exactly the right man. The retiree has years of experience in the field and was looking for a job. Peter was remunerated by Irides AG according to the market rate. Thanks to seniors@work, Irides AG was able to hire an experienced specialist in a very short time.
