Alexis Weil had the idea when his father retired - although he still felt fit and young and would have liked to remain active in the job market.

Alexis recognized the immense potential of the older generation for the job market and founded SeniorsAtWork in 2019 to connect 50-plus professionals over 50 and retirees with companies - thus solving two challenges at the same time.
