Irides AG runs a home for the blind in Basel. Managing Director Georges Krieg had a personnel gap in quality management at short notice. "We had a departure and urgently needed to go through a recognition procedure for the canton," says Krieg. Without much hope, he placed an advertisement on seniors@work and was looking for someone to support him for four months.

And lo and behold, Peter Woodtli was just the man for the job. The retiree had years of experience in the field and was looking for a job. Peter was paid by Irides AG according to the market rate. Thanks to seniors@work, Irides AG was able to hire an experienced specialist in a very short space of time.
